Getting Started with SocialAI

Welcome to SocialAI! This guide will help you set up your account and start leveraging AI to convert your DMs into clients.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Sign up using your email address and verify your account. Once verified, you'll have access to the dashboard.

Step 2: Configure Your AI Sales Style

Navigate to Settings > AI Sales Style to personalize how the AI generates replies for you:

• Preferred Tone: Choose between Friendly, Professional, Direct, or Enthusiastic.
• Signature Phrases: Add phrases you commonly use (e.g., "Cheers!", "Let's do this!").
• Phrases to Avoid: List any corporate jargon you want to avoid.

Step 3: Connect Your DM Sources

SocialAI can ingest leads from various sources:

• Manual Entry: Paste DMs directly into the Lead Inbox.
• n8n Automation: Connect your Instagram DMs via an n8n workflow.

Step 4: Start Analyzing

Once you have leads in your inbox, click Analyze with AI to get:

• A lead score (0-10)
• AI-generated reply suggestions
• Objection detection
• Similar past leads for reference
