Configuring Your AI Sales Style

The AI Sales Style settings let you personalize how SocialAI generates reply suggestions.

Accessing Settings

Navigate to Settings > AI Sales Style from the sidebar.

Available Options

Preferred Tone

Choose the default tone for AI-generated replies:

• Friendly & Casual: Great for coaches and personal brands.
• Professional & Polished: Ideal for B2B and corporate contexts.
• Direct & Concise: For busy audiences who value brevity.
• Higher Energy / Enthusiastic: Perfect for motivators and hype-driven sales.

Signature Phrases

Add phrases you commonly use to close messages. The AI will incorporate these naturally:

• "Cheers!"
• "Let's rock this!"
• "Talk soon!"

Phrases to Avoid

List corporate jargon or phrases you want the AI to never use:

• "Synergy"
• "Touch base"
• "Circle back"

Attribution Toggle

Enable or disable the "Generated with SocialAI" attribution that appears when you copy replies.

Saving Changes

Click Save AI Style to apply your preferences. They'll take effect on the next analysis.
