Understanding Lead Scores (0-10)
SocialAI uses AI to analyze each lead and assign a score from 0 to 10, along with a temperature label (Cold, Warm, Hot).
What the Scores Mean
| Score | Label | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| 0-3 | Cold | Low intent. May be curious but not ready to buy. |
| 4-6 | Warm | Moderate intent. Interested but has objections. |
| 7-10 | Hot | High intent. Likely ready to convert with the right response. |
How Scoring Works
The AI analyzes:
- Language and tone of the message
- Keywords indicating purchase intent (e.g., "interested", "price", "buy")
- Objections that might block a sale
- Context from your previous conversations
Using Scores Effectively
- Prioritize Hot leads for immediate follow-up.
- Nurture Warm leads with helpful content and soft pitches.
- Don't ignore Cold leads—they can be warmed up over time.
Auto-Analysis
You can configure auto-analysis in Settings > Lead Analysis:
- Auto-analyze all: Every incoming lead gets scored automatically.
- Keyword triggers: Only analyze leads containing specific keywords.
This helps you save AI credits while ensuring hot leads are never missed!
