Using Voice-to-Text for Replies
SocialAI includes a powerful voice transcription feature that lets you dictate replies instead of typing them.
How It Works
- Open a lead in your Lead Inbox.
- In the Compose Your Reply section, click the microphone button.
- Speak your reply naturally.
- Click the microphone again to stop recording.
- Your voice will be transcribed to text automatically.
Tips for Best Results
- Speak clearly and at a normal pace.
- Use short sentences for better accuracy.
- Review the transcription before sending—AI isn't perfect!
- Edit as needed—you can modify the text after transcription.
Usage & Limits
Voice transcription uses AI credits. Check your usage in Settings > Subscription Status to see how many transcriptions you have remaining.
If you see "Voice limit reached," you may need to wait for your usage to reset or upgrade your plan.
Troubleshooting
- No audio? Make sure your browser has microphone permissions enabled.
- Poor quality? Try speaking closer to your microphone and reduce background noise.
